A procurement manager
for your whole project.
You bring the requirement. We manage the work behind it — sourcing, supplier comparison, negotiation, samples, production follow-up, quality and delivery. One accountable manager, one report every week.
for 3 markets
Procurement is not a supplier list. It is a sequence of decisions.
We turn a vague purchasing request into a managed project with clear milestones, owners and next actions.
Frame the requirement
Clarify specifications, quantity, target cost, quality standards, compliance and timeline before a single quote is requested.
Build the options
Find and screen suitable suppliers, then compare commercial and operational fit — never a single factory on faith.
Move the project
Coordinate quotes, samples, negotiation and production, resolving exceptions before they become delays.
Deliver with control
Manage inspection, packaging, documents, shipment readiness and a written project close-out.
The hard part is rarely finding a factory. It is making every moving part work together.
From “find me a supplier” to “own the project”
We stay involved after the quotation — through samples, production, quality checkpoints and delivery.
One accountable point of contact
No chasing separate people for quotes, factory updates, sample status and inspection results.
Comparison before recommendation
Options are organized around price, lead time, quality, capacity and risk so decisions are easier.
Apple-grade project discipline
Our lead ran projects at a listed Apple supply-chain company and holds PMI certification — the same method, available to companies of any size.
Six gates between your brief and a shipped container.
Every project runs the same operating system. You always know which gate you are at, and what comes next.
Scope lock
Specification, target cost, compliance and timeline agreed in writing.
Supplier shortlist
Three to five qualified factories compared on price, capacity and risk.
Samples & negotiation
Sample rounds, revisions and commercial terms locked down.
Production control
Line booking, weekly factory check-ins and exception handling.
Quality gate
AQL inspection with photos, defect handling and pre-shipment verification.
Shipment
Packaging, documents, logistics handover and project close-out.
You should never have to ask “what is happening?”
Every Friday your project manager sends four lines — progress, quality, cost and risk. Plain English, no chasing, no surprises at shipment time.
Weekly Project Report · #0248
WEEK 32Less “agent”. More external procurement manager.
Built for buyers who already know what they want to purchase — but do not want to manage every supplier and factory detail themselves.
“You do not need another supplier list.
You need someone to move the project forward.”

EVERY PROJECT
The same person who promises the report is the one on the factory floor.
During the founding stage, every project is run personally by the founder Orson — the same standard of attention a listed company pays to its flagship programs. Reach him directly, no gatekeeper:
We are new to export — and we say so.
There are no paid reviews on this page, and there never will be. Instead, the first ten export projects get conditions we can only offer while we build our reference list:
- Founder-led delivery — your project is never handed to a junior.
- Founding service rate, locked for all future orders.
- A written case study of your project, reviewed by you before publication.
Export desk: new. Procurement desk: ten years old.
Before this website existed, the same operation spent a decade buying for domestic clients — across stationery, steel, hardware and daily-use goods. One of them said it better than we can:
“We started with stationery, then steel and hardware — now almost everything is bought through them. It is simply effortless: fair pricing, and after years of working together, real trust. So the rest of our purchasing goes through them too.”

What buyers ask us first
Answers before you have to send the email.
What does “project-based procurement” actually mean?
Instead of treating every order as a one-off transaction, we structure your sourcing as a managed project: defined scope, milestones, quality gates, budget control and a weekly report. It is the discipline of a corporate procurement department — rented, not built.
Why not just buy from factories directly?
You can — if you have the time, the language, and someone on the factory floor. Direct sourcing rarely fails at buying; it fails at follow-up: schedules slip, defects surface at the port. Our PMs sit between you and the factory and manage exactly that gap.
What kind of products do you handle?
Unspecified by design — from kitchenware to consumer electronics accessories, we match the right factory to your project. Multi-supplier, customized, or quality-sensitive projects are where project management pays off most.
How do you charge?
A transparent project service fee, fully separate from factory pricing. No commission hidden in the unit cost — our incentives stay aligned with yours, because we work for you, not the factory.
You have no export reviews yet — why should we trust you?
Fair question. Our track record is domestic: a decade of B2B trading and supply-chain projects run under Apple-grade discipline, now pointed at export. We ask you to size the risk down instead of asking you to believe: start with a pilot order or a single milestone (say, supplier comparison only), keep the service fee small, and judge us on the first weekly report. Founding clients also get founder-led delivery and a rate locked for future orders.
How do we communicate across time zones?
Your PM reports in English on a fixed weekly cadence and replies within one business day. Async by default, scheduled calls when a decision matters.
